Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TwoUp Golf (“TwoUp”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TwoUp. If you use TwoUp on behalf of a club or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Your Account

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must not share access credentials or attempt to access other users’ accounts.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

• No harassment, illegal activity, or abusive conduct.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, automation abuse, or service disruption.
• No exploiting bugs, bypassing limits, or interfering with security controls.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features are offered via Apple In-App Purchase (or the applicable app store). Subscription pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID account settings.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple handles billing and payment processing. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via your Apple ID account. We cannot issue refunds for purchases processed through Apple.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as scores and league data). By submitting content, you grant TwoUp a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

TwoUp, including its software, branding, logos, and design, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be updated, or discontinued at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwoUp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TwoUp harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using TwoUp at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, without regard to conflict of law principles.
