TwoUp Golf (“TwoUp”, “we”, “us”) helps golfers create private leagues, run battles, and track standings. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
- Account data: name or display name, email address, user ID, and login/provider identifiers (depending on how you sign in).
- Gameplay data: rounds, scores, league/battle participation, standings, and related stats you create in the app.
- Device & usage data: diagnostics and logs needed to keep the app reliable (for example crash data and performance metrics).
- Website data: if you visit our website, it may collect standard server logs (such as IP address, device information, and pages requested) for security and performance.
How we collect data
- Data you provide directly (profile details, scores, league/battle actions).
- Data generated by your use of the app (standings, stats, participation records).
- Limited technical data collected automatically for reliability and security.
How we use data
- Provide core features (leagues, battles, ladders, stats, and notifications).
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce app rules.
- Fix bugs and improve performance and usability.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers that help us operate TwoUp (for example hosting, databases, analytics, and support tooling), only as needed to provide the service.
These providers are required to protect your data and may only process it on our instructions.

Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements.
Account deletion
You can initiate deletion of your account inside the app (for example in Settings → Delete Account). Deleting an account removes your account from our records and deletes or de-identifies associated personal data unless we are legally required to keep certain information.
Your choices
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
- Disable optional notifications in your device settings.
- Manage your profile visibility inside the app (if available).
Tracking
We do not use data from TwoUp to track you across apps and websites for advertising.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live depending on where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Children
TwoUp is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
